We just plugged it in for testing, and the lights come on and change color depending on which channel is selected. The reels turn both forward and reverse. The counter seems to only work in reverse. The aluminum covers for the dials need to be reglued. We do not have reels to test it further. For this reason it is selling as-is for parts or repair.
