They have never been used, but it's been 40 to 50 years since they were manufactured. So they should be "reformed" by gradually applying an increasing DC voltage and then aging them for several hours before installing them. It is possible that some of these capacitors could fail to reform due to age. So this is sold as-is for parts or repair with no returns or refunds.
