glass birdbathnew- no stake very good arrive damaged? contact me within 24 hours of delivery I will file a claim- I will need a picture of broken item, keep all packing items and damaged items USPS will not refund any postage paid in a damage claim- Payment due in 24 hours after I send an invoice- do not use Ebay checkout I try to list as accurate as I can- I'm not perfect- if a mistake is made I will try to correct the problem- I can not change postage cost as it is set by USPS- No refund-return
