Rare Kate Spade Debra snap planner. Black. Snap closure. Inside has tight rings and slots for cards and cash/receipts. Pen holder on back. Outside is in excellent condition as I had it cleaned- nice & shiny! The inside is in pretty good condition- I did not have cleaned as I was afraid it would warp the leather.
