This is a vintage pre-owned/used item. The Tv powers on when tested with batteries. Also tested the back light unit with batteries and it also powers on. You will receive the color pocket tv, backlight unit, ac adapter, and everything else that you see in pictures. You will also receive the car battery adapter(that is not in pictures). I didn't test ac adapter or the car battery adapter. See pictures to evaluate condition. Buy with confidence.
