This ring has a beautiful polished carnelian "slab" or square with rounded corners that is set in a solid 14k yellow gold setting. The band has the BEAUTIFUL textured finish that continues to the base of the finger with a polished band on the underside!!! Of course this lovely ring will also look stunning on a ladies hand if you like large rings....and looks stunning as a pointer or middle finger ring for a gal! PLEASE NOTE: Althought the ring measures a size 8.5 on the ring mandrel IT WILL ONLY FIT A SIZE 7 - 7.25 finger as the undercarriage of the ring is SOLID with a circular cutout for the gemstone!!!! The mark or stamp on the inside of the band is well worn and barely reads "14k" and I can no longer read the maker's mark! EXCELLENT condition as shown in photos!!!!
