Lynn McSpadden Mountain Dulcimer SS-W, & Case Signed by Larry McSpadden - $425 - (Fenton, MO)

My dad bought this dulcimer on a trip to Mountain View Arkansas after he retired and bought it with the intention of learning to play. He didn't like retirement, so returned to work and needless to say the dulcimer got hardly any attention. It measures 36" long, with a fret measurement of 23 1/2". The hard shell plush lined case measures 40" long. It is in mint condition, no scratches or rubs and probably had no playing time. Visible through the heart it is signed by the craftsman Larry McSpadden, model SS-W, #13,069. Included with it are picks, extra strings, a book and a Seiko ST727 Guitar & Bass tuner. I do not know what kind of wood it is crafted from, but it is very beautiful. Please see pictures.
