These books cover the battle for America from about 1750-1840, covering the French and Indian Wars, Pontiac's Rebellion, The American Revolution, The War of 1812, and Blackhawk's Rebellion. The Frontiersman covers the lives of Simon Kenton (The Frontiersman) and Tecumseh. The books give an accurate portral of the wars between the colonist and the the Native American, with neither side blameless or noble, just human. If only I had learned half as much in school. The books are listed as fiction novels, although they are totally accurate and nothing in them is made up, no additional characters or undocumented conversations.
