This 1960s danish modern, Cantilever Armchair by Thonet is incredible! Not only in terms of comfort, though their quilted vinyl seats are reclined for maximum ergonomic delights, but in terms of profile; mere presence! This rare, ultra-modern, Bentwood Lounger is guaranteed to take your mod pad to that next level of Space Age atmosphere. This chair has a very solid frame and really only has issues with the fabric and finish. The chair has wear to the seat including splitting and staining. The chair arms have darkened a bit from prolonged relaxation, but not to the extent a light sanding and lacquer couldn't fix. There are some small chips at the foot base. A complete reupholstery and refinishing is recommended to restore the little-lost prestige of this fabulous lounger. However, this awesome chair is more than capable of being used as is. Overall, it’s a substantial seat and very, very comfortable. Thanks for looking!
