new Alessandro Handwired Fender 68 Deluxe reverb this amp starts out as a 68 Deluxe reverb reissue which comes stock with a printed circuit board George Alessandro personally does all the work on this: remove the printed circuit board, pots, jacks and then build a custom board and handwire a blackface Deluxe reverb circuit new pots and parts are used to build this just as if he would be doing a rebuild on a real vintage DLX reverb basically building from scratch. just reusing the transformers, chassis and a few other parts. Amps comes stock with Fender Groovetubes Transformer manufacture code 606 on those transformers indicate Schumacher (the original manufacturer from the 1960's) in Chicago, IL. made in USA. They are not Chinese and are the most authentic transformers for a Deluxe Reverb amp custom proprietary Alessandro epoxy/glass laminate, mill spec. board is used to wire the circuit using audio grade silver eutectic solder, select orange drop style caps,Alessandro high-end made in Germany proprietary filter and bypass caps, silver mica caps in audio path, CTS pots, PTFE/Teflon coated silver plated wire (same as used on Alessandro amps) switchcraft mill spec. input jacks, carbon resistors in audio path for proper tone and film resistors in power supply for quiet, reliable operation. speaker is upgraded to a new Alessandro GA-SC64 12" 8 ohms speaker footswitch included the circuit on this amp had been modified to be similar to the new 68 reissue Deluxe reverb from Fender, the left channel is "tweed" (slightly hotter) and also has tremelo and reverb. the right channel is stock blackface deluxe reverb D-Town Guitars 1109 N Easton rd Doylestown Pa 18902 mon-fri 12-8pm sat 11-5pm EST- closed on sundays
