A remarkable piece with complex chiseled iron fittings and locks over a 'keyaki' ( elm wood ) case.The upper drawer with iron fittings and functioning lock, the lower section with hinged right-hand door and sliding left-hand door, the left side with inner locking face-plate, and inner money box ( zeni bako ).Iron strapwork and edges throughout.All keys present and functioning.
