Wonderful item, lots of decorating uses...I will be honest and admit that I have never sold one for a chair tie, but lots for furniture and table runners! Scarf is 100% polyester. Made in China. Smoke & Pet free, although we do have great smelling candles!Remember we mainly sell old things and old things are not perfect. Payment expected within three days of auction's close and shipment within two business days after receiving notification of payment.
