Vermeer 1250 12" Wood Chipper 5225 Original Hrs 84Hp Diesel * READ DESCRIPTION* - $8,150 - (Danville, AL)

We are the second owner of this chipper. We purchased it from Vermeer Birmingham with 300 hours on it. The hours say 5225. Not sure if it still works or is accurate but I’d say it’s close. The auto feed doesn’t work but we’ve always used the hydraulic flow control and have never had a problem. It is a Perkins diesel. Starts , runs and chips wood . We don’t use it anymore. Has good tires and will crank in the coldest of weather. We have owned this since 1998. We can chip material on site. If you’re tired of whisper chippers or 8” machines this is a great unit to move up too. It has been taken care of and we have a few spare parts. It has a 6 pin round connector and lights work. It Will need paint to look good. It’s an all mechanical motor. Very easy to take care of. I know this unit inside and out. I’ve done all of the maintenance for twenty years.
