Steel AUGER, Fence Post Hole Digger, Pole, Horizontal Boring Machine - $148 - (Grants Pass, OR)

Listed here is a set of 2 identical steel augers that I was told were in a machine that was used to help put chip seal on roadways. I believe they fed gravel to the machine, which was then put on the roadway. With a little bit of modification they could be used for a ton of other applications, such as for a post hole auger, horizontal drilling machine, some sort of metal sculpture, or maybe even a steam punk project of some kind. They are made of very high quality, very hard steel. I am selling just one in this listing, but the second one is also available if you want both of them. I can't use these augers so I am selling them cheap to just find a good home for them. I am starting the auction at $148 for one. It is 12" in diameter and 10' 9" long. I can palletize and ship them anyplace in the country by local trucking company, and if you did decide to buy both of them it would not cost much more for shipping since I would put them both on the same pallet.
