Auburn, Maine Fire Department Squad 1 1940's Vintage Cairns Helmet size 7 3/8" Antique leather helmet in very good condition; has original liner in good condition; under the liner is the original paper tag with a 5 digit number and the size; original Cairns metal tag attached; this was worn by Victor W. Fournier who worked for the Auburn, ME Fire Dept from the mid 1940's until his death in 1957. I am selling it for his son. I travel around a lot of areas of Maine for work, so I may be able to meet the seller and deliver the helmet in person to save on shipping charges. Please be considerate and pay promptly; I always ship the next day (or the same day if possible) from when payment is received.
