North Carolina Land Grant signed by Richard Caswell granting “unto Ezekial Watson a Tract of Land, containing [two hundred] Acres, lying and being in our County of Duplin” dated at Kingston 17 December 1778 – with survey plat and description - Recorded 12 May 1780. Partial loss to the Caswell signature (see pic).
