Bidding on a rare Watson Co. Sterling "Putnam" Sugar Tongs, reticulated pattern circa 1920. They are approximately 3.25" long. Stamped with the Watson and sterling mark, it also has either a "W or M" gothic. Very popular in the 20's. It got to be to expensive to make by hand, so much of the skill was lost. Watson was first founded in 1880 in Attleboro, MA. A BEAUTIFUL addition to any collection.
