George Knight London Sterling Silver Child's Drinking Mug Circa 1820 Nearly 200 years old, of baluster form, Antique English Sterling silver repousse child's drinking mug, decorated with raised floral & scroll-work design, criss-cross back emblem, centered with the framed plaque with chased George III, with 1820 applied plaque. The mug accommodated with 'C' form handle with leaf wreath décor, the cup supported upon round dome shape floral motif base. Overall very good condition, slightly tilted to the side due to an impact at some point in time, with very minor pin-pointed dents to the lower base of mug. Marked: sterling London, GK (registered 1818), 1820, George IIIHeight 3 1/32 in., Diameter 2 3/7 in., Weight ~102 grams
