These are brand new shorts. I have 2 pairs of them both are a size 18. They have a flower eyelet design on the outer shell, with a solid lining inside. They are about 14 inches long on the front & about 15 3/4 inches on the back measured from waistline to the bottom of the hem, with a waste of about 19 3/4 inches measured from side to side laying flat on the table& an inseam of about 4 inches measured from the seam in the crouch to the bottom of the hem.
