This bed is new and in its sealed box. You plug it into the wall and it inflates. Keep it plugged in and any small amount of air leaking out will be quietly filled by a pump while you sleep. Turn the dial to "deflate," and it deflates the air bed in minutes. This is a queen sized bed in a tan color. The surface is raised off the floor about 16 inches or so, which makes it easy to get into and out of bed. (I did not measure, but that is a rough estimate from seeing one unboxed.)
