An absolutely gorgeous piece in almost perfect condition.I wound up the dial on the back and it is ticking along just fine.I have no idea if it is supposed to do anything else.The paint is almost perfect.See detailed pictures more minute issues.About 4 1/4" tall and about 5" across at the bottom.This is a great find.
