C1889 ROOKWOOD POTTERY 8" STANDARD GLAZE CLARET JUG YELLOW IRIS BY SPRAGUE - $410 - (Huntsville, AL)

This is a beautiful standard glaze Rookwood claret jug #101C. It was decorated by Amelia B. Sprague with a large yellow Iris in the year 1889, about 129 years ago. Sprague is considered an outstanding Rookwood decorator. The claret jug is about 8" tall and 5" at the widest part. It is in excellent condition. There are no hairlines, cracks, chips, repairs and crazing is light. Any questions, please ask. Thanks.
