1960s Evette & Schaeffer "Modele Buffet Crampon" Bb Clarinet Malerne *NEEDS TLC* - $250 - (Waco, TX)

for sale is a Evette & Schaeffer "Modele Buffet Crampon" Bb clarinet. I believe this clarinet was made in the early 1960s or late 1950s, due to the B series serial number it has (B####). Online sources indicate these French E&S clarinets marked "Modele Buffet Crampon" with this serial prefix are Malerne stencil clarinets. This is a wooden clarinet with nickel silver keys and likely to be a vintage equivalent to the modern E11 or E12 clarinet. This clarinet has discoloration to all the keys (need polishing/cleaning) and needs a repadding and new cork to the joints. The body and keys are physically good with no abuse or major damage, but it needs some work. This is a lovely vintage clarinet and would be a great addition to any collection!
