Marathon Model: V6030HD Serial: 120391 6" Cylinder, 10 HP Motor Bale Size: 60" x 30" x 48" Approximately 1,000 lbs Our reconditioning criteria is as follows:Baler is inspected for overall condition and compliance with OSHAs current standards.Cylinder and platen are removed. Cylinder is disassembled and inspected. If found to be in good shape, it is resealed and tested for both internal by-pass and external leakage.If hard part damage is found in cylinder, the parts are replaced or the cylinder is exchanged for a good/new cylinder.Platen is cleaned, inspected, and repaired as needed, (which includes the pin and receiver.)Hydraulic tank is drained, cleaned, and the suction filter is either cleaned or replaced. Tank is filled with new AW 48 hydraulic oil and resealed.Hydraulic hoses are inspected and changed with new if necessary.Pump to motor coupling is inspected and replaced as needed.Baler is cleaned and all welds are inspected and ground out and rewelded as needed.Door, hinging, star wheel assembly and safety gate are inspected and repaired as needed.Eject chain/cables etc. are inspected and replaced as needed.Electrical cabinet is cleaned, inspected, wire connections are tightened. Relays, motor starter, contacts, fuses, overloads, etc. are changed as needed.All limit switch, arms, mounting, seal tight, SO cords, and striker plates are inspected and replaced as needed.Baler is reassembled and tested.Hydraulic pressure is reset to factory specs. If baler does not meet factory specs, the component is replaced as needed.Motor amperage readings are taken and made sure they are within factory parameters.If voltage requirements are known (208/230/480 volts) baler is set up to match the customers? needs.Baler is wire wheeled to make sure paint adheres properly.Baler tank is plugged, vent put in the electrical cabinet and baler is flipped dow…
