Original signed index card by Neil Armstrong. Was signed in 1989 or 1990. Along with the autographed index card is a letter of authenticity from - Zarelli Space Authentication. They only deal in authentication of space related autographs, and they specialize in Neil Armstrong signatures. Please review their website if you are not familiar with them. The following index card was sent by me, to Neil Armstrong in 1989 or 1990 when he was still signing. Also included is a NASA picture they use to send out with his preprinted signature.
