I also do not ship out of the united states so please do not purchase if so, fish will not be sent and money will be refunded. Fish are shipped Monday through Wednesday. I ship with heat packs if needed and with jungle buddies. I also use oxygen tanks to supply the best oxygen possible for the fish. If you have any questions feel free to ask. To receive fish credit for DOA read list below. A) You must send 4 pictures within 2 hours of arrival time. B) The first picture and second pictures should be of the unopened bag showing the dead fish. C) Third and fourth pictures must show the fish cut in half. This is for replacement fish for DOA and it will be buyer's responsibility for the shipping charge of the replacement fish. Buyers need to follow the procedure to receive fish accordinly. Without following the rules above the replacement fish will be void.
