Shiny & Clean NIB MATCHED Pair of Westinghouse 7C5 Audio tubes. The 7C5 is the Loktal version of the 6V6GT and can be used as a direct replacement with the appropriate socket adapter. Both tubes feature black plates with a top-mounted "O" getter and shiny chrome bases. Test VERY STRONG! Results: TUBE 1: 4,280 mhos (104%) / 47.6 mA TUBE 2: 4,460 mhos (108%) / 44.4 mA Average NEW / NOS spec for this type is 4,100 mhos (100%) / 45.0 mA. The Amplitrex AT-1000 Digital tester and the Triplett 3444 (with digital plate current meter) Tube Analyzer are both mutual conductance testers that can test just about any tube ever made between the two of them and can test for shorts/leakage, noise, gas, emissions, and transconductance. I match tubes either by emissions (mA) or transconductance (mhos) and must be within 10%. I will usually give both readings and then a % of what would be considered a NEW average tube. I don't use minimum average readings because it is too vague and confusing for buyers. All my tested tubes are stored in individual white boxes or original boxes labeled with manufacturer, tube type, and test results.
