Large Japanese Motorized Lens, Shinano Kenshi Motor 2-5/8 inch Lens. The large lens in front is 2-5/8 inches across. The lens body is 8 inches front to back. Over all width is 5-1/2 inches. I cannot find a makers mark on the lens assembly. However, the Motor is marked: Shinano Kenshi Co., Japan. Please see photos for more details. I am able to move the lens focus easily by hand, but did not test the motor...... I see no reason why it will not work. I don't know much more than this about this lens, or know the original application. It may be part of a security system. The lens assembly came out of factory.
