The jewelry brand / retail establishment was founded in Habana, Cuba, in 1882, and became quite popular among watch aficionados of that time. Most of the current models are influenced by famed Cuba's trade-cigars, and in this particular case, the model takes its name after Esplendidos-style cigar.
