Received Damaged items: In the rare event your item is damaged during shipping (we pack well but accidents during transport do happen) we require the buyer to send photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and shipping label. This is required so we can submit an insurance claim to the shipping carrier as all off our items are sent 100% insured and photos are requirement of USPS and FedEx.
