8 Glass Plates with Fruit Applique and Gold Backs M. Halstad - $225 - (Columbia, NJ)

8 unique glass plates, each featuring a different fruit. They are made in an unusual way, with a painting of the fruit seemingly applied to the back of the thick glass plate and then covered with gold colored finish. Three are signed “M. Hafstad” (?). I see no cracks or chips, only very slight wear along the exterior rims. 8 inch exterior diameter.
