King 4B Trombone with F attachment - - $500 - (Tallahassee, FL)

I've taken excellent care of this horn because 1977, when I bought it pre-owned from my buddy, Steve Foxworth at the University of South Carolina, who was the initial owner (identification number 478970). This trombone is from an unusual batch where the word "Sonorous" was mis-spelled as "Sonoris." It is considered an intermediate or professional brand name - not your regular student horn. The condition is good and would be excellent if I had actually recently lacquered it. If you desire me to lacquer it before offering the price goes up to $1200, at which point it will be in ideal condition. All horns have to be re-lacquered every 2-4 yrs. This is typical and does not influence noise. Old yet timeless horns like this are worthy of some history telling as they are complete of memories. I was 1st trombone for the USC Marching Band, Jazz Band, Symphonic Orchestra and some combo groups I was in.
