This Yamaha SFZ marching snare drum is designed for precise articulation, powerful projection, and durable performance. The 6-ply birch shell provides bright attack with body and ensures strength snare-side tension. The extra thick suspension ring stays round even under the torque of the included Kevlar head. The rims are made from die-cast, high-strength aluminum. The Stabilizer Power Posts maintain alignment of the tube lugs to make bottom head changes easy. They support the tube lugs to withstand stick-clicks and accidental hits, and also cut shell overtones that blur articulation. The strainer on the SFZ snare drum is a quick release system that allows quick and easy bottom head changes. This drum is missing the FiberTech gut snare assembly. Call or text 574-607-XXXX
