Adopt MAPLE - TRIPOD - PBB Trained a Red/Golden/Orange/Chestnut Hound (Unknown - N.A. - (La Grange, KY)
MAPLE is a young, female, Hound mixture. She came from a family who neglected her and a neighbor, who was very vigilant, was able to get them to surrender her. She had a broken leg, that was injured for so long the leg was frozen in place. The only choice was amputation. We gave her the vetting needed and she never skipped a beat! Maple is a nice size at 40lbs and she's fully grown. She is very precious and is nice with other dogs and we expect children. Maple is extremely energetic and active and we made the decision to put her in our PAWS BEHIND BARS prison training program to help her harness her energy into something productive. She loves being an indoor dog and is gaining skills with proper canine introduction in the prison. This lovely redhead TRIPOD is happy and will be available to go home after training.
