This is vintage original mint condition Paper Coal Scrip w/ letter of the man who sold this many years ago. Issued by the West Ky. Coal Co. This was an underground coal mines. My family worked there and it had a huge impact on the entire area. There was a large store were these were traded by the miners. These were unused. Clean.
