It has minor cosmetic wear, including small scuffs and scratches, from normal use. However, there are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item. Testing We connected two speakers to this amplifier using the push-spring output connectors. We then connected a phone to the RCA input and powered the unit on. We were able to play music and adjust the volume of each channel. We did not test any other inputs or outputs. Return Policy If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it. You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item.
