Vintage Pill Box Hat Jan Leslie Custom Design W/Lecie Meacham's Fort Worth Box C - $15 - (Mounds, IL)

For sale is the lovely vintage pill box style woman's hat shown. I am not sure that the hat has ever been worn since there is an old tag with a price and inventory number on it. Two bee rhinestone pins on front. The box is stained, dented, ripped and torn. I do not know if the hat was purchased with the box.
