The books go into detail about the Civil War, National Development and Expansion, the Presidents, Southern and Northern Heroes, Slavery, Lots of newspaper clippings and beautiful photographs, great American and Foreign Writers, World War 1, and absolutely beautiful handwritten accounts of what went on. Truly a delight for any history buff.
