4 pp. Illustrated letter sheet. With engraving of a parlor scene by Harrison Eastman, and accompanying verses beneath, includes 2 pp. handwritten letter. With two page letter signed by D. Mills to his cousin, stating that he may be coming home next spring "and I am very sure of it if I do not have any bad luck before, and do not fear much of that." Rare letter sheet with only a few known, (Baird 55) Creasing from folds, faint staining, some tape reinforcement.
