The necklace is individually knotted between each turquoise bead. There is a 10 mm turquoise cabochon dangle added to the necklace. The dangle is 14k yellow gold. The dangle can be removed from the necklace. This adds some flexibility with wearing the necklace. The cabochon dangle from the side looks like a crown. There are matching 14k lever back earrings with a matching cabochon dangle. The earrings also have a 10 mm faceted turquoise bead.
