Item is non-authenticated or has NO Certificate of Authentication (COA). I am not a professional whom cannot authenticate signatures, but i have referenced other listings of signatures of George Strait from other ebay listings of his signature and am certain it is George's autograph/signature. Item is signed by permanent marker and without smudges. Item comes from an event titled " Time to 2-STEP WITH OLLABELLE and GARY: JULY 11, 1991 R.O.C.C." as seen on the red message around the perimeter of the cowboy hat. I believe the hat was a giveaway at a fundraising event that featured George Strait as a performer. Hat is nothing special. Size:None indicated but fits an adult; unisex. Item Conditions: Item is preowed and used. Item is not mint and has some wear and tare from regular handling. THere are no rips, holes or anything like that. There is the obvious signature on the hat and some blemishes around the dome of the hat. Inside the hat there are some handwriting. The red band seam keeping it together is partially coming apart at the bottom, but is secure in general. Overall the hat in fair condition but the actual Autograph is in great condition with no blemishes or issues. Items comes from a smoke and pet free home. Refer to photos and description below.
