vintage Betsy Ross Childs Sewing Machine in original case Model no.707 Whwn plugged in I can hear motor running. Needle is in place but it is not going up and down. The hand crank moves but is stiff. In original.box but box shows wear. Thread on top is wooden spool and thread holder on top has rust. Buy as is. I can hear motor working but needle isnt going up and down
