Vintage Singer SLANT NEEDLE 404 sewing machine with case attachments & manual - $134 - (Ennis, TX)

For sale is a used vintage SINGER sewing machine model 404 Slant-Needle. It is in excellent working order and has been oiled, greased and serviced recently. It is exceptionally clean and includes the original carrying/storage case, manual and box of Singer 404 attachments also. The sewing machine and the case are in very good cosmetic condition. There is a small scratch on the back of the machine as shown in one of the photos. It was caused by a screw head inside the case and has since been remedied. Also included is the original foot control pedal and the power cord. I think you will enjoy this heavy duty sewing machine which can sew heavy fabrics and fine material too. These model sewing machines were some of the best of the all metal sewing machines with steel gears and no belts to wear out so should last another several decades with reasonable care. Please ask if you have any questions or need more photos. I forgot to photo the Singer box of attachments so pleas ask for those photos. They are included with the machine and all shown and mentioned. P. S. It has a new needle and rubber wheel on the bobbin winder. I will include a swatch of cloth with the quality of stitching it performs.
