?Antique/Vintage? Unusual brass and solid half frosted/clear glass hanging light - $200 - (Gerrish Twp, MI)

This is a very unusual possibly antique/vintage brass, frosted and clear scalloped glass 4 candle electric hanging ceiling light fixture. It is approx 20in tall and weighs around 20 lbs. It obviously needs to be rewired. And it maybe missing a flush finishing ceiling plate but I honestly do not know. I am not sure its era, style, maker, brand or origin. It is impressive and pictures truly do it no justice. The brass has minor discoloring and spots. It needs to be cleaned. No attempt on my part to clean this item has been done. I leave that for the buyer. Definitely needs to be polished up and some TLC. Would look amazing in an old Victorian foyer/parlor room. Item sold as is.
