Antique vintage celluloid clam shell ring presentation box wine color w gold - $58 - (Homer, MI)

A wonderful vintage celluloid ring box...from the 1930's to 40's...in a clam shell shape in a wine or maroon color with an embossed gold floral motif...it measures about 4 5/8" by 2 3/16" and about 1 3/4" tall...inside has embossed gold flowers around the edge, a gray velvet on the bottom, ivory color satin on the top...in really nice condition over all...a little bit of discoloration to the velvet on the bottom...a small bit of the gold color is on the side of the box probably a flaw from when it was made...a great looking box to put any of your rings into or a nice box for display!
