Pedestal bowl marked with blue under glaze Scepter mark and with Incised numbers and looks like 3 & 5 and also has Incised 3 dots by the number please see picture .... white porcelain with reticulated top .... gold painted floral design in the center of the bowl and accented with gold at the rims ...... centerpiece bowl is about 7 3/4" tall ..... about 9 3/4" across top opening ...... base is about 3 5/8" by 3 5/8" square ..... light wear to gold at the edges ..... very minor one chip and that I'm showing in last two pictures ( one picture with closeup of that chip ) ...
