This is used and is in working condition showing normal signs of use. Comes as pictured. Came from a large construction company which did a big upgraded on their tooling. More from factory website: The combination of support bars and chain allows these versatile clamps to hold a wide range of pipe sizes. Unlike other pipe clamps that only allow tack welding, the open design of these clamps permits welding around almost the entire circumference. Clamps resist strain, heat, and abuse while keeping perfect alignment. Not rated for holding capacity.
