LWWW Employee Yoga Class - N.A. - (Lebanon, NH)

This wonderful, therapeutic class is designed for all fitness levels and is an excellent way to increase strength and flexibility in mind, body and spirit. Cost: FREE PARTICIPANT DETAILS: Sign in on the attendance sheet every time you go to class! Par-Q form is required to be filled out before your 1st class. Please give to CCBA instructor. All classes are for all levels. If a class seems too hard or too easy for you, discuss with your instructor and they will modify the exercises for you. Instructors may change, as needed, without notice. Class schedule may be modified, based on level of participation.
