Beautiful Antique 1940-1950's,Hand-Knotted Cushion Cover Face Rug from Aksaray Selime Monastery in Cappadocia. This wonderful item measures 1'4"×3'6" and is of natural dyes and indigenous hand-spun lambs wool. This antique wool pile rug was double knotted on a tribal loom for a dowry and it is only one of its kind.We can tell as experts that its colors and wool are authentic by looking at, it is in excellent condition. It was professionally cleaned at our warehouse by our family members in Cappadocia. I noticed a moth graze please view picture#1st on one ending but it can last forever..
