80's Sony Boombox Vintage Ghettoblaster CFS-D550 Mega Bass - $125 - (Hopkinsville, KY)
This is the Sony boombox CFS - d550 the boom box is in good shape for age, a few nicks and scratches here and had less than normal use Kept in a sunroom, rarely used outdoors. This Box JAMS! very loud has a great sound it has left and right balance equalizers + 3 graphic equalizers also it has a mega bass boost Slide which adds punch to the sound. The radio works fine the antenna pulls up The tape deck appears to work,but I can not find a cassette to even try it. I never used it It also has a headphone input so you can have private listening plus it also has line input jacks in the back so you can add a CD player or mp3 player. I plugged in a CD player and it sounds great! This box was a graduation gift in 1984 so somewhere around that age. If you are looking for a portable box that Jams this is just right for you It sounds great! You will not be disappointed in the sound Moving this will only be up for 5 days
